Customer Insights Agency

In this collaborative method, Loyalty Bridge would serve as a third party insights agency and we would contact your customers in order to ensure they’re happy. We’ll then categorize those customers as raving fans, happy, or unhappy and run playbooks based on their level of satisfaction to either get them to refer, leave reviews, buy something else, or, if they’re unhappy, to get them a solution that wows them and makes them a fan. This includes:

  • Helping you set up an automated, recurring export of customers who have purchased and need follow up
  • Creating messaging and cadences around each of these categories of customers to help build your brand perception via reviews, referrals, social sharing, and more
  • Bi-weekly 15 minute touch point to review opportunities, successes, and initiatives/sales
